A simple and reliable paddle shifter. Perfect for all drivers who do not want to give up the paddle shifter without a large economic effort.

Depending on the model, there are 2 to 18 parameters that can be adjusted via the Bluetooth APP available for Android and iOS on stores. By connecting to the GCU you can then view the parameters entered and vary them at will to change the behavior of your vehicle. The modifiable parameters on the ONE, ONEk, and SPORT kits are the cut-off time and the force needed to insert the neutral. 16 additional variables are added for the other kits.
To minimize the components and bring the performance to the top we have developed a magnetic linear actuator capable of offering gear shift with a repetition speed that only this type of actuator can offer. The absence of moving elements significantly increases the reliability of the entire system and decrease the possibility of component damage.
The standard cut-off system allows the driver to increase the gear without remove the foot from the accelerator, optimizing the shift time and leaving the driver the maximum traction during the acceleration phase. The system intervenes by cutting the power supply to the coils or bringing to ground the appropriate cable of the ignition coil (Kill-off cable).
The blipper system allows the pilot to downshift smoothly gears without the use of the clutch. During the downshift phase the GCU will give a throttle bitt that allow the optimal engagement of the lower ratio. It offers a smoothly enter in the turns and an engine more ready at the exit of the corners.
Thanks to the new powerpack that works in parallel with the vehicle battery, it is now possible to use the Fast and ONE electronic paddle shifter with the vehicle’s on-board battery, thus avoiding having to manage an external lipo battery.
Born in the karting field we know how a detail can make the difference between winning or losing a race. Just this world teaches us that having the rear of the steering wheel exposed it is possible that external bodies like rubber shavings can slip anywhere and even in the hinge of the paddles blocking their use. The compact closed design with internal magnets allows us to minimize this risk by ensuring system performance. Hinges are made of aluminum and CNC machined for unique precision and feedback.

FAST paddle shifter

The FAST paddle shifter can achieve performance comparable to F1 gearboxes. The linear magnetic actuator is extremely reliable and fast in the most demanding downshift.

Depending on the model, there are 2 to 18 parameters that can be adjusted via the Bluetooth APP available for Android and iOS on stores. By connecting to the GCU you can then view the parameters entered and vary them at will to change the behavior of your vehicle. The modifiable parameters on the ONE, ONEk, and SPORT kits are the cut-off time and the force needed to insert the neutral. 16 additional variables are added for the other kits.

The brand new GCU with patented ACS (advance cut-off system) allows us to read and process RPM data and select the individual specific sparks that will be interrupted during the upshift. This allows the driver to obtain very fast changes without suffering from annoying lag that brakes the asset of vehicle during all the driving phases, simulating in the most truthful possible lightening that the driver brings on the throttle pedal during the upshift phse.
The downshift input memorizing (DIM) system intervenes during the downshift phase to assist the driver. During the downshift two mistakes can be made by the driver: One downshift too early, and two or more downshift too close together. In the first case you risk an over-rev potentially harmful to the engine, which is why the GCU will cancel the requested action and will perform it at the best time (when the RPMs will be below a certain defined threshold). In the second case, the second and subsequent downshift may not take place if the driver recalls the downshift without respecting a technical time of disengagement and engagement of the lowest ratio. Also in this case the GCU will cancel the command but will memorize the request returning it at the appropriate time (scheduled in compliance with the minimum time set or with close loop).
The GCU of our paddle shifter systems can store up to 3 different mappings programmable via APP and selectable through the dynamic control panel while driving. You will have the possibility to choose between three maps to change according to the track conditions that can change during a race.
The blipper system allows the drivers to downshift smoothly gears without the use of the clutch. During the downshift phase the GCU will give the throttle bit to allow the optimal engagement of the lower ratio. Also, you will get a better exit by the turns due to an engine ready. Our GCUs can handle either a mechanical blipper via electronic or pneumatic actuators, or if required, an electronic blipper that interacts directly with the engine control unit and accelerator position sensor (TPS).
The launch control function can be activated (where required) through the blue button of the pushbuttons. Once in first gear, activating the function and pressing the accelerator thoroughly the engine will keep to a value of RPM set in order to ensure a start at rpm speed that allows maximum traction without sliding. As soon as the driver presses the paddle to pass in second gear the system will deactivated allowing the smooth climb in first gear (will be pressed twice to pass in second).
The intervention times of the different functions vary constantly during the operation of the vehicle. For this reason, variables such as cut-off time and blipper time should change as external dynamic factors change. Thanks to the close loop function, the GCU receives the signal from the position sensor of the gearbox and can change the timing of the paddle shifter parameters dynamically at each pulse, always ensuring a change as fast and smooth as possible. Only in this way is possible to achieve a real benefit in terms of acceleration time while driving, and consequently a real improvement in global performance.
The attention of a driver while driving is divided constantly on many aspects, it is not uncommon during downshift to press unintentional the downshift paddle risking sending the engine over revolutions and then to damage it. Thanks to the over-rev protection function, the GCU constantly monitors the engine’s RPM by inhibiting the downshift if the paddle is pressed when the RPMs exceeds a value set by the engine engineers, thus preventing serious damage to the engine.
Thanks to the new powerpack that works in parallel with the vehicle battery, it is now possible to use the Fast and ONE electronic paddle shifter with the vehicle’s on-board battery, thus avoiding having to manage an external lipo battery.

The pneumatic paddles shifter branded PRS. The application of the most advanced mechatronic technologies together with the reliability of the pneumatic systems guarantees an exceptional air paddle shifter.

Collegandosi alla centralina del cambio sarà quindi possibile visualizzare i parametri inseriti e variarli a piacimento per cambiare il comportamento del vostro veicolo. I parametri modificabili sui kit ONE,ONEk, e SPORT sono il tempo di Cut-off e la forza necessaria per inserire la folle. Per gli altri kit si aggiungono altre 16 variabili.

The pneumatic actuator is made of aluminum and stainless steel, materials that guarantee the high quality of the component even during the most serious tests.
The double uniball M8 allows quick and easy installation.

The compressor provides the necessary energy to the fluid circulating in the pneumatic system. Compact and lightweight, capable of bringing pressure up to 14 bar and powered by the vehicle’s on-board battery.
The high operating temperatures bring the head pipe directly connected to the compressor to high temperature, for this reason the connection between the compressor and the storage cylinder is made by metal sleeve tube. For short race is possibile to equipe the kit without compressor and replacing it by carbon fiber 300 bar tank that allows about 400/500 shift.

HYDRO paddle shifter

The HYDRO hydraulic paddle shifter consists in the exceptional KOUTEC branded hydraulic group combined with the electronic management branded PRS.

By connecting to the GCU you can then view the parameters entered and vary them at will to change the behavior of your vehicle. The modifiable parameters on the ONE, ONEk, and SPORT kits are the cut-off time and the force needed to insert the neutral. 16 additional variables are added for the other kits.
On request the wiring of all our paddle shifters can be compliance with the strict SPEC55 standards and DR25 sheaths, and all or wiring use aeronautical connectors and automotive deutsch and APTIV/Delphi for all standard connections. While high power connectors are used where the current demand is high. We do not use cheap connectors. These standards guarantee us reliable and durable wiring.
The actuator of the HYDRO kit is compact and lightweight. Result of an excellent work of the engineering team is able to handle very high pressures up to 100 bar downshift more than 7 gears in less than 1 second (This parameter is measured in the laboratory under very good conditions that cannot be reproduced on the track, therefore it represents only a limit value of the actuation system).
